Each 12 x 12 inch tile is 3/8 inch thick and covers 1 square foot, giving you the flexibility to build the exact size floor your space requires. This modular dance floor system combines a rigid polypropylene base with an adhered vinyl top surface to deliver a smooth, stable tap dance floor that supports controlled footwork and repeat training sessions. The snap together loop style edges lock securely, allowing you to assemble a dependable dance practice floor without glue or complicated installation. Designed for tap, ballet, ballroom and multi style training, this surface works with both hard and soft dance shoes. For best performance, install over hard, flat subfloors such as concrete or ceramic tile. This is a firm practice surface and does not include built in cushioning or padding.
